The Main purpose of design: Very-very simple, but universal.
It is a reincarnation of a legend. The most affordable device based on SKENAR technology, which can treat many diseases. Very compact size with not too many features and no extra bells and whistles. It can work fully automatically or be operated manually with the help of a navigator-wheel.
People call the DOVE “a device for babushka” (there is no exact translation into English for the vivid Russian word “babushka”, so I have to use it “as is”… the closest would be a “grandmother” though).
The DOVE can do a little here and a little there, when the body has numerous diseases and problems, which need to be taken care of all the time. And, of course, it will help anybody, not just “babushka”.
Those whose hands are not “smart” enough, can just lie on it and let it do the job. The DOVE is really a “people’s device”.

After several years of working exclusively with COSMODIC technology, Alexander Karasev returned to the SKENAR world for just one project – the DOVE. He re-designed his original famous “troika” (SKENAR-035) giving it a much cleaner signal, some new features, a new look, and a new life in the DOVE. That’s why he called it a “reincarnation of a legend”.
In this little device intended for home use, Alexander Karasev finally implemented his original idea of what a SKENAR signal should be, an idea that could not be realized in the first-generation SKENARs.
The DOVE’s signal is truly ‘neuro-like’ – in other words, resembling a nervous impulse at the time of contact with the actual nervous structures, not when it first touches the skin (that distorts the original signal). No other device on the market has this type of signal. The DOVE is the only one.
The DOVE has only one feedback channel – and at the same time, it has characteristics of second-generation SKENARs in its interaction with the body. For example, it calculates the DOSE like a COSMODIC, not SKENAR. That’s why we consider the DOVE a second generation of SKENAR technology.
The DOVE is the only “crossbreed” between the first and second generations of SKENAR technology (or between SKENAR as such – and COSMODIC ®).
You can work with it dynamically, in “brushing” motion, finding Small Asymmetries and treating them as you would do with the first generation SKENAR device – or you can keep the DOVE on one spot for a prolonged period of time, just as a COSMODIC device. It will be equally effective.
All other genuine Home SKENAR technology devices on the market (the first generation of SKENAR technology) are quite complicated in operation since there are many parameters that a user needs to choose and figure out how to set. And if you don’t choose wisely, your therapy may not be effective enough.
The DOVE, however, is almost completely automated, just like all other LET Medical devices (the second generation of SKENAR technology). The only two things that you have to change are the action mode and the energy level – that’s it. The other parameters of influence are adjusted automatically.

Your DOVE comes with a one-year warranty, which begins from the date you receive your device. The warranty covers any malfunctioning of the device except for the ones that happen due to careless handling (dropping or crushing the device, water or fire damage, battery leakage etc.).
If your device is malfunctioning and it is covered by the above warranty, WE WILL REPLACE YOUR DOVE with a brand-new unit. If your DOVE is out of warranty, we will still take care of your machine. We can replace it with a new device with a substantial discount – or ship your machine back to Russia to be repaired. And we will even give you a loaner device for the time your DOVE is being healed so you are not left without such important part of your life and/or your business.
Our products are usually shipped by USPS Priority Mail with 3-4 days delivery within the continental USA. If you are outside the USA, allow 7-8 business days for delivery.

On a rare occasion, one or more of your products may be on backorder. In this case, we will notify you immediately upon receiving your order and, if your shipment has to be split, all consecutive shipments will be done free of charge.
a. All COSMODIC® & SCENAR® products, except Solaris Energy Blankets, SKENAR, and COSMODIC accessories, and informational products, carry 30-day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, which can be extended to 60-90 days at COSMODIC® & SCENAR®’s sole discretion in particular circumstances. Such extension will be considered valid only if expressed in writing on the Order Form or in Purchaser’s written communication with COSMODIC® & SCENAR®.
b. During the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee period, purchased Goods can be returned for credit if they fully conform to the terms of purchase and do not carry any defects. All such returns require COSMODIC® & SCENAR®’s prior written consent. In every case, the original invoice number and date must be quoted. Purchaser will be liable for the return costs of delivery.
c. Accepted returns are subject to the charges, terms and requirements notified in writing to Purchaser. Unless agreed in writing otherwise, Purchaser will be charged a 15% restocking fee for all returned goods to cover the temporary use of Goods, COSMODIC® & SCENAR®’s restocking costs and fees and other expenses incurred by the COSMODIC® & SCENAR® as a result of this sale. No acts on the part of COSMODIC® & SCENAR®, including but not limited to, COSMODIC® & SCENAR®’s receipt of returned Goods from Purchaser, shall constitute COSMODIC® & SCENAR®’s approval and acceptance of the returned Goods or a canceled order, unless COSMODIC® & SCENAR® has provided its prior written consent to Purchaser.
d. Where Goods were originally supplied by COSMODIC® & SCENAR® in specialized packaging, any return shall be made in that original packaging and the Goods shall be in their original and unmarked condition, complete with any instructions for use supplied.
e. COSMODIC® & SCENAR® will inspect the returned Goods and issue a credit to Purchaser (minus the agreed restocking fee) ONLY if the Goods are returned fully functional and in acceptable condition. COSMODIC® & SCENAR® reserves the right to refuse return of Goods for credit if: (a) the Goods are returned after the agreed Customer Satisfaction Guarantee period; (b) the Goods were used for purposes other than those specified in the instructions for use that accompany the Goods; (c) the Goods were repackaged, relabeled, or supplied in any way other than in the original presentation as purchased from COSMODIC® & SCENAR®; (d) the Goods were tampered with in any way and anyone other than COSMODIC® & SCENAR® or a person acting on COSMODIC® & SCENAR®’s express or written instructions, removed Goods casing or seals or made or attempted to make any modifications, repairs, attachments or additions to the Goods; (e) the Goods were not maintained or operated in accordance with COSMODIC® & SCENAR®’s instructions, or have been subjected to misuse, abuse, malpractice, abnormal conditions or negligent handling or operation by the Purchaser or its officers, employees, contractors or consultants; or (f) the Goods were resold, leased or rented to or for the use by any person other than the original Purchaser.
f. In case if COSMODIC® & SCENAR® does not approve the returned goods for credit, the Purchaser will be notified in writing and the Goods will be returned to Purchaser.
g. No responsibility will be accepted for any delay in processing a credit for Goods returned caused by Goods being incorrectly branded or returned without adequate identification of both sender and Goods returned.
h. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Purchaser acknowledges that unless Purchaser strictly complies with the returned goods policy set forth in this section, Purchaser’s purchase shall be deemed final and Purchaser shall be deemed to have released COSMODIC® & SCENAR® from (i) any claim for refund or credit, and (ii) any type of damages whatsoever.
